Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate – Absorption is excellent and recognised as one of the best all round forms of magnesium.

Magnesium Citrate – absorption is excellent and not dependent on HCL acid for absorption like some forms.

Magnesium Aspartate – excellent absorption - especially good for cardiovascular related conditions.

Vitamin B6 - is required for normal cellular levels of magnesium and also absorption and activity of magnesium.

Vitamin D - increases the body’s absorption of magnesium (Vitamin D deficiency decreases absorption of Magnesium).
Contraindications & Cautions

Cautions:

High doses may cause loose bowel motions or diarrhea (this dose will vary from person to person).

Kidney disease and renal failure.

Take 2 hours away from antibiotics.

Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Suitable for vegetarians, not vegans (contains Vitamin D in the Cholecalciferol from).
