Key Ingredients

Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) activates two key vitamin K-dependent proteins: osteocalcin, which helps bind calcium to bone, and matrix Gla-protein (MGP), which prevents calcium accumulation in blood vessels. This dual action makes K2 unique in supporting both bone strength and vascular flexibility. Additionally, K2 has anti-inflammatory properties that can reduce inflammation in the body, and it is involved in cellular growth and repair. Vitamin K2 also helps improve how the body responds to insulin and can help in diabetic and metabolic conditions. Early studies and a randomized controlled trial suggest vitamin K2 may be effective in reducing the frequency and severity of muscle cramps, due to its healthy cell-proliferative, circulatory, and anti-inflammatory activity.

Research has linked adequate K2 intake to reduced arterial calcification and lower cardiovascular risk. When combined with vitamin D3, K2 enhances calcium absorption and directs it to the skeleton, improving overall calcium metabolism and supporting long-term bone and cardiovascular health.
