GutGard® Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) [dry root, 5:1 extract providing 150mg dry herb equivalent]: 30mg

Epicor ® Yeast fermentate (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae): 250mg

Glutamine: 2000mg

Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera) gel: 500mg

Zinc Amino Acid Chelate (providing zinc 7.5mg): 7.5mg

Beta Carotene 1000 IU

*In a base of xanthan gum, colloidal anhydrous silica, maltodextrin, beetroot powder, natural sweetener, natural color, and natural flavours.

Adults and teens, from 13 years: Take 5g (equal to 2 level metric teaspoons) with 125 mls of water, once daily or as professionally advised.

Children 6 -12 years: Take 2.5g (equal to 1 level metric teaspoon) once daily. Measure out the dosage using a metric teaspoon and mix it into a paste first, to help it dissolve in water.
